Managed IT
Managed IT services in El Paso
Your outsourced IT department. We handle your computers, network, and accounts, and your team gets a local help desk to call.
IT that runs quietly in the background
Most small businesses don't need a full-time IT employee. They need someone who knows their systems, answers the phone, and fixes problems before they turn into downtime. That's managed IT.
For a fixed monthly fee, BXE Networks takes care of the day-to-day technology your business depends on: computers, servers, network, Microsoft 365, and the people who use them. You get predictable costs, fewer interruptions, and a partner who plans ahead instead of reacting.

Questions
Managed IT FAQs
What's the difference between managed IT and break-fix?
Break-fix means paying by the hour when something breaks. Managed IT is a monthly service focused on preventing problems through monitoring, updates, and planning, so your costs are predictable and downtime is rarer.
Do you come onsite?
Yes. Most issues are resolved remotely, which is faster, but we visit El Paso and Las Cruces offices for installs, network work, and anything that needs a hands-on visit.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
We'll walk you through our service agreement during your free review. Our goal is to keep clients because the service is good, not because they're locked in.
Can you take over from our current IT company?
Yes. We collect credentials and documentation, review what's in place, and make sure the previous provider's access is removed. It's one of the most commonly missed steps when businesses switch.
Free, no obligation
Not sure what to fix first?
Tell us what's going on — IT, security, backups, or your phone system — and we'll tell you what to look at first.
